Biography
I spent nearly 30 years at The Flint Journal, plus time at two weekly newspapers and the Michigan State News (last role there - editor). In Flint, I was on staff and in management; in editorial (wire, features, local news, opinion, interactive media, audiotext) and marketing departments and worked with circulation, research, production, sports, systems, library, accounting and photo departments.

Spare time spent creating events, training adult Girl Scout volunteers, developing a community computer network and playing with computers, cloth, and beads.

I did the EL training. I felt like I learned a lot. I'm going to buy a Macbook (I need a new laptop) - have decided to switch from PCs...and I want to do it soon so I can edit another movie before I forget how!
